For our customers who frequently contact our Operations Centre we offer the option of a reserved, preferential number so you don’t have to wait in line for confirmation of the service requested.

The customer must simply make their request and hang up: Our Operations Centre will take care of everything else. If traffic is likely to cause delays, the Operations Centre will call the user in the rare cases that the journey is likely to take longer.

INFO & TERMS AND CONDITIONS

This service will not be available during the Pitti Immagine Uomo and Pitti Immagine Bimbo fashion shows and if vehicles with special features are requested.
